Uncured Pepperoni no nitrates or nitrites added except as naturally occuring in celery juice powder and sea salt (pork, sea salt, cane sugar, spices, paprika, celery juice powder, rosemary extract, garlic powder, lactic acid starter culture). Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese blend (pasteurized part-skim milk, pasteurized milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzyme).
