We have a confession . . . most of us at Ian's have eaten an entire bag of Chocolate Covered Wafer Bites all by ourselves.  In one sitting.  Without sharing.  They're just that good.  With a creamy dairy-free chocolate wrapped around layers of crispy gluten-free wafers for a satisfying crunch, they're simply our favorite gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free treat.  We put over 20 bite-size wafers in a bag - enough to share if you want to - but we won't tell if you keep them all for you!

Ingredients:

Wafer: potato flour, evaporated cane juice, palm oil, cocoa powder, soy oil, soy lecithin, salt, vanilla extract, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium biacrbonate.  Coating: evaporated cane juice, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, roasted soy flour, maltodextrin (corn), soy lecithin, vanilla extract.
