Q: Does Ian’s use environmentally friendly packaging?
Yes! We’re continually looking for ways to reduce waste and make our packaging even more environmentally friendly. All our master cases are recyclable, and 95 percent of our individual boxed item packaging is made from recycled paperboard or less resourced board, which is unbleached and un-sulfured. Some communities currently permit recycling of our plastic packaging. Ian’s is committed to producing delicious and all-natural products that are not only good for our families, but our environment as well. In 2007, Ian’s was certified Carbon Neutral.
Q: What is the shelf life of Ian’s Panko Breadcrumbs?
Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs have a shelf life of 12 months. Unlike other breadrumbs, Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs are made without hydrogenated oils, helping extend the shelf life naturally. Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs, like all Ian's items, are always made without any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. You can further extend the shelf life of your Panko Breadcrumbs by storing them in the freezer.
Q: Are Ian’s products GMO free?

Ian’s is committed to providing the highest quality products possible, including avoiding ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms. We purchase GMO-free ingredients which meet our food safety standards where commercially available. As a certified organic item, Ian's Organic Chicken Nuggets are naturally free from GMOs. As other Ian's items become certified non-GMO, we will add them to our handy online search tool.
Q: Can I buy Ian’s products online?

While Ian's does not sell products directly to consumers, a number of online retailers would be happy to get some Ian's to your door!  You can find our cookies and breadcrumbs at Amazon, and GlutenFree.com carries the cookies as well.  Selling frozen items online is more challenging.  If you've had a good experience buying Ian's frozen items online, please tell us about it, and we'll share that information right back here to help others!
